I was so very impressed with Arizona Comfort Specialists.. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need which other companies have, and they were very professional. Justin was my technician who came to the house and helped me out immensely. I will continue to use this company for any future air-conditioning problems I may have. We had quotes from a few HVAC contractors and although not the cheapest they were the most responsive. They came out as scheduled completed the work and left everything clean. We had a noise issue with one of the units and without me having to say anything they came out and replaced the unit. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a standup HVAC company.

I and my family have used John and his team for over 25 years. Each member of the team is kind, courteous and respectful of the client and their property. They take time to explain in detail, take into consideration the client’s concerns and find solutions or alternate ways.
Many of the workers have been there for years, which says a lot in this day, about how the company treats the staff. This is a family owned and run company and it makes a huge difference in how everyone is considered important- from staff to customer. They get to know the customer and care.
No matter the job, be it residential or business, they are amazing in the level of care, customer service, kindness and respect.

Arizona Comfort Specialists is a Fantastic Company. I had an Air Conditioner and Thermostat problem and from the ladies answering the phone with Great Customer Service and getting me scheduled quickly to the Great Technician Bryan L. who was Fantastic, I couldn't have had a better experience. Bryan went Above and Beyond to fix the problem and had everything working great in a very short time. I am extremely happy with their service!

Arizona Comfort Specialists has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE… I bought 2 units from them a few years back, and they have absolutely taken care of any issue I’ve had… just had “Justin” come to the house to replace a starter part for the compressor, and he did a GREAT job!!! He’s a total pro, friendly, communicate with me every step of the way, and hard working in determining the issue. Way to go in hiring a pro like Justin, ACS!!! Very happy customer here.
