We got the quote from Arizona Comfort Specialists to replace two pieces of ductwork. Then we called another well-known provider and got a quote for the same price but to replace only ONE piece of ductwork. We couldn't call Arizona Comfort Specialists fast enough to make an appointment. I was looking to get a new AC unit installed after my 15yr old ac kept having issues and was on its last leg. Bryan came out to give me the initial quote. He was friendly, quick, and answered all my questions. He initially gave me the best quote compared to other companies. He called me about a week later to tell me that he found a unit that would work better for me and it was cheaper! The unit was a good brand and had amazing reviews. I scheduled and my install techs Tim, Ariel and Mike were out here 2 days later. The install team worked hard and kept me up to date with everything and were also extremely friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my new WiFi thermostat. Overall the experience was amazing and I’m so happy I went with a smaller family owned company.
