John has worked in the mechanical industry for 36 years. After working in facility maintenance at General Motors, he developed a fascination for air conditioning. John diligently learned with hands on experience and putting himself through school by day and worked at night. This was going to be his career.
John started in the HVAC industry in 1986 and quickly discovered his passion for serving others (both clients and staff). John’s intimate knowledge of the valley’s climate and demands is married perfectly with his years as a master technician. His reputation is well established in the HVAC community and the testimonials from clients over the years have resulted in an almost exclusively referral-based company.

Service Technician
David Rodriguez is our Service Technician. Always eager to learn new things, David reads up on the latest technology that manufacturers put out. From equipment to diagnostic electronic tool, David is up to date. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, shooting target practice, and spending time with family and friends.
Kieran H.
Warehouse Manager
Kieran Hassett is our warehouse manager. A vital member of our team, Kieran comes in early to keep things organized and clean. Always willing to lend a hand, it is not unusual to see Kieran on a jobsite helping with installs.Kieran loves to be outdoors hunting, fishing or on the lake with his jet ski. He’s also somewhat of a gold prospector in northern Arizona.
