Had a great experience with Arizona Comfort Specialists! Josias was awesome during my initial quote and was very professional and knowledgeable about the Bosch systems (which was what I was most interested in). He noticed that my supply duct was a bit undersized for the unit and included an upsizing in the quote to allow the unit to have a better static pressure. They had great prices compared to my other quotes and a great warranty on the unit as well! On install day Bryan and I believe Tim? were a fantastic install team, they did a lot of hard work in the attic running the new flex ducts for the system. The unit had a bit of a dent on the louvers but they were able to come out that same day and replace the panel ASAP and the unit is looking great. I've been working in all sectors of construction for 27 years. From residential to major commercial construction. I've crossed paths with a hell of a lot of HVAC Contractors in those years. It's safe to say, I've never worked with a HVAC company more professional than Arizona Comfort Specialists. Not only are their entire team (from office staff to field techs) a pleasure to work with but their owner (John) is both extremely knowledgeable and very gracious with his time when it comes to figuring out the intricacies of Air Conditioning (be it new install, retrofit, upgrade or servicing) as a whole. AZ Comfort Specialists did what they said, showed up on time, charged a fair price that didn’t exceed the estimate, performed excellent installation and clean-up! Josias was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He communicates effectively and I felt like I understood exactly what needed to be done AND what didn't need to be done. Bryan and Tim came out to replace my entire unit. I was extremely impressed with their Professionalism, the responsiveness and thoroughness. Bryan and Tim work very well together and were great in answering all the questions I asked. They are amazingly quick and waste no time getting the job done. They Did a very clean and awesome job.  Im super excited to use my new AC unit this summer! I cant thank them enough for coming out and working so hard to make us comfy again!
