I was in bad need of a new water heater an installation. I called another company who advertises heavily on TV for a quote but they wanted to charge me $3,000 to install the water heater. I called Arizona Comfort specialist and Justin came out. Justin was able to install the water heater for a fraction of that cost. I am super impressed with Justin's work as he was very professional, very kind, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand what was going on. He absolutely went above and beyond to get the job done he was very clean and neat and left no mess whatsoever. I would totally recommend Arizona Comfort specialist for any water heater issues as well as any heating or cooling (AC) repairs

We needed to re-route some ductwork for a kitchen renovation, so Bryan came over to figure out a plan.
Next, we got a detailed written plan and budget.
The project was scheduled in a timely manner, and on Friday morning at 0800 the crew arrived.
It was obvious they had been well briefed and knew exactly where to start.
Within a matter of a few hours, they were in cleanup mode!

I was so very impressed with Arizona Comfort Specialists.. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need which other companies have, and they were very professional. Justin was my technician who came to the house and helped me out immensely. I will continue to use this company for any future air-conditioning problems I may have. We had quotes from a few HVAC contractors and although not the cheapest they were the most responsive. They came out as scheduled completed the work and left everything clean. We had a noise issue with one of the units and without me having to say anything they came out and replaced the unit. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a standup HVAC company.
