Once again, AZ Comfort Specialists to the rescue! I had an issue with my A/C not working and called AZ Comfort Specialists. They had Bryan ("with a Y" :-)) out to my house that same day. He was awesome! Very polite, knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He used his investigative skills to figure out the problem and gave me some great feedback. He is definitely an asset to your company!

Justin and Brian, were here working for 2 days, trying to figure out the problem with our a,.c at my shop. Well they figured it out, it's not the a.c. it's in breaker panel. Out of their hands, but I will tell you,what a great experience. Justin explained everything in full detail, and I absolutely would recommend this company for all a.c. issues!!!! The technicians we friendly and informative. We got the quote from Arizona Comfort Specialists to replace two pieces of ductwork. Then we called another well-known provider and got a quote for the same price but to replace only ONE piece of ductwork. We couldn't call Arizona Comfort Specialists fast enough to make an appointment. They did a great job and we won't question their prices again!

I was looking to get a new AC unit installed after my 15yr old ac kept having issues and was on its last leg. Bryan came out to give me the initial quote. He was friendly, quick, and answered all my questions. He initially gave me the best quote compared to other companies. He called me about a week later to tell me that he found a unit that would work better for me and it was cheaper! The unit was a good brand and had amazing reviews. I scheduled and my install techs Tim, Ariel and Mike were out here 2 days later. The install team worked hard and kept me up to date with everything and were also extremely friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my new WiFi thermostat. Overall the experience was amazing and I’m so happy I went with a smaller family owned company.
