David and Jay Rodriguez were out today to install ducts and vents for a kitchen remodel. David was in the attic and discovered the furnace was NOT vented to the outside. He immediately showed me with a video and explained everything and FIXED IT!!!! He treated this situation with the urgency and safety it deserved. David was LITERALLY a life saver. David and his brother were professional, compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if allowed. (David even said that he would call us back in a week to check on us.) THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful, wonderful service. I would give them a 10 if I could. I went to turn my heat on and it was blowing cold air. I called Arizona Comfort Specialists and they answered the phone on the first ring. I was expecting someone to come out in a couple days as cool temps had hit Phoenix and I figured they were receiving a lot of calls, but they said John would be out that afternoon. John actually was ahead of schedule and arrived at 12:30. He was so professional, fair, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and before you know, I had heat. I and my family have used John and his team for over 25 years. Each member of the team is kind, courteous and respectful of the client and their property. They take time to explain in detail, take into consideration the client’s concerns and find solutions or alternate ways.Many of the workers have been there for years, which says a lot in this day, about how the company treats the staff. I suffer from severe allergies & I did a lot of research on air filtration systems. As soon as I read all about the Air Scrubber by Aerus, I was intrigued. I was in dire need of relief & I needed someone to help right away. That’s how I stumbled across Arizona Comfort Specialists. I contacted them on 8/2, the owner (John) responded within 5 minutes, & the Air Scrubber was installed on 8/5. The installation went by sooner than expected & there was absolutely no mess left behind. Not only was he professional & friendly but he answered all of my questions & addressed all of my concerns…even after the installation. It’s only been a few months & my health has significantly improved. I’m forever grateful of their services & I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you John! Keep up the good work!

The owner of Arizona Comfort Systems listened carefully to our needs and made every attempt to meet them. The workers were on time, respectful and hard working. The project was completed in record time with minimal disruption to our home or our schedules. It was an amazingly simple process to remove our old heating/ cooling system and replace it. The workers came at 8:00am as was planned and were finished by 2:00pm of the same day.Today the company is replacing the heat/cool pipes on our roof. Once again they were here right on time and are working constantly and with minimal disruption to our lives. This is a great company with pleasant and respectful employees and a great owner. My air conditioning seem to be having an issue. I called Arizona comfort specialist on Sunday and left them a message. I received a text message shortly after saying that they would be able to come and diagnose the problem that afternoon. John showed up as promised,-diagnosed the issue and replaced the compressor. Josias installed in my house an air purifier for the entire house. My wife suffers from bad allergies and sinusitis and this has really made a difference. The tech was very professional and answered questions I had in regards to service and maintenance of my AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable. It was very easy to work with AZ Comfort Specialists. From scheduling a quote to the actual installation, every member of their staff was friendly, polite and professional. I would guess they have good leadership and are happy in their workplace. Communication, both written and verbal, was clear and concise. It's too soon to comment on the quality or value of the system installed, but it's clearly working and they finished the installation in about 4 hours. The team was efficient and tidy, and they wore shoe covers in my home, which is important to me.

AZ Comfort Specialists are simply the best! Had an issue with my old unit which was 15 years old. They have always serviced it since they installed it originally. This time, it was either put a lot into it or time for a new one. Well since it was time, a new one it is. They are great on the price and fast!! Once we got it all approved, they installed it the same day! Very professional installers. Put a new digital thermostat in as well and explained how to work it. The unit is great! AC is blowing cold once again and cooling really fast! You cannot go wrong using them for service or a new installation. I will use them over and over and recommend to everyone!

Arizona Comfort Specialist has serviced my A/C for many years, and when it was time to purchase a new unit I contacted them. I didn't even think of anyone else, because I have known the owner for many years and know that he is a man of integrity. He does exceptional work at a reasonable price. They came to my home, wrote up a proposal, and scheduled installation for a week later. That was 6 months ago, and the unit is working great, quiet, uses less power, and easy to control. They just finished a 6-month inspection to insure all was working properly and made sure we are ready for winter. I highly recommend Arizona Comfort Specialists for routine maintenance and care, or for a new installation!

I am so grateful to have found this company! We have been struggling with our AC all summer and every time it shut down, the home warranty company we have would send a new tech, none of which were professional, nor did any of them diagnose and fix the problem correctly. I was so frustrated (no AC in Phoenix in the middle of the summer is not fun) I went outside the warranty company and called Arizona Comfort Specialists. John showed up an hour later, went through the system, took pictures and went through the issues with me. Turns out my 15 yr old system was on its last legs. Within 24 hrs, ACS had installed a new system and I couldn't be happier. A team of 6 showed up, in uniform, and they were all hard working, polite and friendly. From my first encounter with the ladies in the office (Cathy and Dasia (sp?)) to my final encounter with the last 2 techs to leave after installation, Mike and Saul (who stayed later to answer all my questions about how HVAC works) , the experience was easy and pleasant! If you need HVAC service or install, look no further...call these guys!

Our AC broke last night at 4am. We didn’t even call them until after 12pm when we came home at lunch to check on it. They sent 2 technicians out and they had my unit fixed by 4:30pm. Turns out even though it was a new unit, a valve on the Freon pump broke. They were friendly, thorough, helpful and informative. I’m so happy this worked out like this. Had an AC unit go out in the middle of the night while I was out of town.My wife and kids woke up to a hot house and we called Arizona Comfort Specialists in a panic the next morning. Just had two new A/C & Air Handlers installed by AZ Comfort Specialists. They did a fantastic job starting with an onsite consultation fee that was wave, great explanation of what systems my house needs, discussed options, introduced SRP’s rebate initiative and to top it off this is the only A/C company that I know that has a 0% financing option available to qualified buyers. I will definitely be using this company for annual services going forward.

John, Josiah and crew were out to install a new unit today. First of all, I obtained 3 proposals and this was without question the most appropriate and the most reasonable. Saved a bunch of money! I was skeptical with the other 2 companies and knew immediately upon meeting John that I was in good hands, getting the right recommendation for my house and was safe in following his advice. The install was smooth sailing and on top of replacing the unit, John proposed some internal fixes to make the hot upstairs bedroom more comfortable and save money on the bill. They were on time and total pros. I love hiring people where I can have complete trust and not question the product or service. This was it, I will refer them to everyone.

The company was excellent, arranged service quickly and fair price. The work men were here on time and gave an accurate time frame for work completion. Installers were very nice and professional. Just had Josias and his crew come out to my place - they did an awesome job. They replaced some worn out duct work, swapped out my AC filters (commercial unit so it's on the roof as opposed to in the home) and helped increase the flow of air to one of my guest bedrooms. I will definitely use them again.

Reliable! Highest Quality Service! Integrity! I have been a customer of Arizona Comfort Specialists (formerly Rainbow Air) for thirteen years. When I first called ACS, I had a 29-year-old air/heating unit which needed much attention. John and his crew kept it going a couple more years until I finally asked him to replace the unit. The new unit has been very reliable. ACS has done regular maintenance and a few minor repairs to keep it in top shape for the past ten years. ACS is always on time, never tries to sell parts or work that isn't absolutely necessary and is very reasonable with their charges. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dependable company.

Rainbow Air first did a FREE consultation for us. We knew that we needed a new system, and had already had a different company out, but wanted to compare before making a decision. We were VERY impressed by their knowledge and business demeanor. They also gave us an extremely competitive price. One month later we had them install a brand new Trane system. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and clean! Our system works great and we would recommend Rainbow Air to anyone.
